About me
Hello! My name is Lana Burmistrova.
I am a certified project manager and strategic consultant with over 7 years of experience in the development and implementation of national and international projects. My professional background encompasses infrastructure development in the healthcare sector, research and innovation project management in academia, as well as the coordination and oversight of large-scale European Union fund grants and EU Structural Funds applications (including Horizon Europe, Horizon 2020, ERDF and RRF).
In my work, I adapt various project management methodologies, creating synergy with the latest technological advancements - artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, data analytics, and design thinking tools. This allows not only for the efficient planning of budgets, deadlines, and risks, but also for the creation of solutions precisely tailored to the real needs of users and the market.
Thanks to my international education at German universities (in Leipzig and Heidelberg), a research background in the neuroscience of music, and fluent communication skills in 4 languages (Latvian, English, German, and Russian), I am able to navigate a multicultural environment with ease and lead interdisciplinary partnerships across Europe.
